I have an Every subscription. Why is Sparkle asking me to pay?

If Sparkle is asking you to pay but you already have an Every subscription, don't worry β€” this is usually a quick fix.

Here's what's happening: Sparkle doesn't recognize your Every account because you signed up with a different email.
​

To fix it: Sign out of Sparkle, then sign back in using the email address connected to your Every subscription. That should unlock full access immediately.
