How do I manage multiple Gmail accounts?

Cora can handle multiple Gmail accounts, each with its own settings and organization.


Account limits

  • Professional: Up to 2 Gmail accounts (included with Every subscription)

  • Unlimited: No limit on Gmail accounts


I need to connect more than 2 accounts. How do I upgrade?

If you are on Professional (or have Cora Professional included with your Every subscription) and want to connect 3 or more Gmail accounts, upgrade to Cora Unlimited:

  1. Select the Unlimited plan. Every subscribers see a special discount automatically.

  2. After the upgrade completes, return to Account Settings and connect your remaining Gmail accounts.


Adding a Gmail account

  1. Click "Add Gmail Account"

  2. Authorize through Google OAuth

  3. Configure account-specific settings


Switching between accounts

In the web interface:

  • Use the dropdown menu in the navigation bar

  • Keyboard shortcuts: Cmd+1, Cmd+2 (Mac) or Ctrl+1, Ctrl+2 (Windows)

Each account has its own context and chat history with the Assistant.


What is separate for each account

Each Gmail account maintains independent:

  • Categories and custom categories

  • Classification rules

  • Memories (what Cora knows about you)

  • Writing style and tone

  • Brief schedule

  • Email templates

  • Timezone settings

This means your work and personal accounts can be set up completely differently.
