If you have an Every subscription but Monologue shows you as a free user or says you've reached your word limit, your accounts probably aren't linked.
Here's how to fix it: Make sure you're logged into Monologue with the same email address you use for your Every subscription. If you signed up with different emails, Monologue won't recognize your subscription.
To check: Go to Plan and Billing Settings in Monologue. You should see yourself listed as an Every subscriber. If it says "free user," sign out and sign back in with your Every email.
