Check Your Version First

We've made significant speed improvements recently β€” transcription is now sub-1-second in most cases. Make sure you're on the latest version.


How to Update

  1. Open Monologue > Settings > General > Update

  2. Update in the app, or download the latest version from our website


Still Having Issues?

If you're on the latest version and still experiencing slowness or crashes, let us know:

  • Your Mac model and macOS version

  • What specifically feels slow (transcription, app startup, etc.)

  • When crashes occur (during long recordings, at startup, etc.)
