What you can manage yourself

Sign in at every.to β†’ Account β†’ Billing to:

  • View your current plan

  • Update payment method

  • Cancel your subscription (you'll have access until the end of your billing period)

  • Reactivate a canceled subscription

  • Access billing history

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel immediately, contact our support team through this help center. Let us know the email address associated with your account, and share any feedback about your experience (optional but appreciated).

A team member will confirm your cancellation and answer any questions.

Requesting a Refund

We offer refunds for charges within 60 days in most cases (excluding lifetime subscriptions). To request a refund, contact our support team through this help center with:

  • The email address on your account

  • The reason for your request

Our team reviews each request individually. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
