Having issues with a course? Here's how to get help.

Common issues

Can't access course materials

  • Make sure you're signed in with your Every account

  • Check that your enrollment was confirmed

  • Look for access emails (check spam)

Video won't play

  • Try a different browser

  • Check your internet connection

  • Clear browser cache

Missed a live session

  • Recordings are typically available within 24-48 hours

  • If you RSVP'd, check your email for a message from us or check out every.to/events

Getting help

  • Course-specific questions: Post in the course Discord channel or Q&A

  • Technical or enrollment issues: Contact us through the chat bubble on the Help Center page with your order details
