How Cora handles multiple email accounts
When you connect multiple Gmail accounts to Cora, each account gets its own separate inbox and brief. Emails from each account are processed independently and appear in separate views - they are not mixed together.
Switching between accounts
To switch between your connected email accounts:
Look for the account switcher in the top-left corner of the Cora interface
Click it to see all your connected accounts
Select the account whose emails and briefs you want to view
Each account has its own emails, categories, rules, and briefs.
Why am I not seeing emails from one of my accounts?
If emails from a connected account are not appearing, check that:
You are viewing the correct account using the account switcher
The account does not show a "Please reconnect" message (see the reconnecting guide if it does)
You are not filtering by a date range that excludes recent emails
Adding a new email account
To connect an additional Gmail account, go to Settings > Connected Accounts and click Add account. Cora will request the necessary Gmail permissions during the setup.
