You're probably signed into the wrong account
If you see the subscribe or pricing page but you know you have an active subscription, the most common cause is being signed into a different email account than the one your subscription is linked to.
Cora subscriptions are tied to a specific email address. If you signed up with one email but are currently logged in with a different one, Cora won't see your subscription.
How to fix it
Check which email you're signed in with β look at the top-right corner of the Cora app to see the current account.
Switch accounts β if you have multiple Gmail accounts connected, use the account switcher (top-left) to switch to the account that has your subscription.
Sign out and sign back in β go to Settings and sign out, then sign back in with the email address you used when you subscribed to Cora or Every.
Every bundle subscribers
If you subscribe to Cora through an Every bundle, your subscription is linked to your Every account email. Make sure you're signed into Cora with that same email. If your Every email is different from your Gmail, you may need to connect your Every account in Settings.
