How Cora learns about you
When you first set up Cora, it reads your recent emails to learn about you: your name, company, role, and interests. This helps Cora write better briefs tailored to what matters to you.
Sometimes Cora gets things wrong, especially if your inbox has limited emails or contains content that could be misinterpreted.
How to fix wrong information
If the "What I know about you" screen shows incorrect details:
Use the Modify button β on the fact review screen, click Modify next to any incorrect fact to edit it directly.
Re-run the learning β if many facts are wrong, you can ask Cora to start fresh. Go to your onboarding review page and Cora will re-analyze your emails.
Your name shows incorrectly
Cora gets your name from your Google account profile. If it shows a name you don't use:
Update your name in your Google Account settings
Or edit it directly on the fact review screen using the Modify button
Privacy
The information Cora learns is stored securely and encrypted. It is only used to personalize your briefs. You can review and modify what Cora knows about you at any time.
