The OpenAI offer works with ChatGPT Business accounts, including existing ChatGPT Business accounts. It does not apply to personal ChatGPT Free, Plus, or Pro accounts.
If you already have a ChatGPT Business workspace, OpenAI may ask you to downgrade or adjust your current workspace before applying the Builder Pack offer, then upgrade again using your unlocked link. OpenAI's checkout flow will show whether the offer can be applied to your account or workspace.
The Business seats and Codex credits are tied to the active ChatGPT Business workspace or plan where the offer is redeemed. They do not transfer to a personal ChatGPT Free, Plus, or Pro account.
How to redeem
Sign in to every.to with the email tied to your All Access plan.
Go to every.to/builder-pack.
Open the OpenAI offer and reveal or unlock it. Offers are first-come, first-served. For the OpenAI offer, first-come means first to reveal the offer in Every. Once you reveal a code or link, it is yours.
Sign in to the ChatGPT Business account or workspace where you want to use the offer.
Open your unlocked OpenAI link from the Builder Pack.
Review the upgrade details and complete checkout with OpenAI. Your 1 month of ChatGPT Business starts when you redeem.
Do I need to use the same email for Every and OpenAI?
No. Your Every email confirms your All Access membership and unlocks the Builder Pack. Your OpenAI redemption happens through OpenAI's checkout, and the OpenAI account you use does not have to match your Every email unless OpenAI's flow requires it.
What happens to Codex credits after redemption?
Codex credits are valid for 3 months from redemption, but they are tied to an active ChatGPT Business workspace or plan.
If the Business workspace is canceled, downgraded, deactivated, or no longer paid or active, the remaining Business credits generally will not remain usable from that workspace. They also do not automatically transfer to a personal ChatGPT Free, Plus, or Pro account.
Canceling typically keeps the workspace active through the end of the already-paid or free billing period, so credits may remain usable until that period ends. If you have a substantial remaining credit balance and are unsure, contact OpenAI Support before canceling or changing the workspace.
Is there a renewal obligation?
No. There is no paid renewal obligation after the free month. You can cancel at the end of the month. If you do continue with ChatGPT Business, OpenAI's standard billing terms apply.
Troubleshooting
If your Builder Pack link or code is invalid, already used, expired, or missing:
Make sure you are signed in to Every with the email tied to your All Access plan.
Go back to every.to/builder-pack and open the OpenAI offer again.
If the issue continues, contact Every Support with your Every account email, the partner name, and a screenshot or exact error message.
If the OpenAI checkout opens but the offer or credits are not applying correctly, contact OpenAI Support from the checkout or account page. The final application of the OpenAI offer happens in OpenAI's redemption flow.
